This building is home to commercial and medical suites, and both have been dramatically upgraded by Woodard Group renovations. The Bon Secours medical space on the first floor, in particular, features beautiful custom millwork fabricated and installed by Woodard Group.

Retail Development
This location, previously an Applebees restaurant, was recently purchased by a local developer for retail development. Woodard Group oversaw the complete demolition of the existing structure and subsequent ground-up construction of the new building which is now home to four tenants: Starbucks, Aspen Dental, Jersey Mike’s, and Sports Clips.
