At Norfolk State University’s Brooks Library, Harbor Paint & Finishes helped transform a bright, open study environment with custom wall coverings featuring inspiring quotes and graphics from notable figures. Positioned along the library’s upper level, these bold graphics create a striking focal point that stands out amid the abundant natural light and modern architectural finishes. Our team also completed the accent painting on the circular glass-enclosed study structures, coordinating the finishes with the surrounding wall coverings and library color palette. Together, these elements add visual interest, energy, and character to a highly visible area of the library while complementing the building’s contemporary design.
