Harbor Paint had the privilege of performing the paint and wall covering scope for the Armed Services YMCA Child Development Center in Norfolk. The mission of this center is to address the shortage of accessible, affordable, quality childcare in this area for military service members. This new, state-of-the-art facility will offer 216 spaces for infants and children up to 5 years of age and will serve DoD families in the Norfolk area.
